• All food items are shipped fully cooked & frozen, vacuum sealed and packed with dry ice and frozen gel packs. All food items are PERISHABLE. Please refrigerate or freeze upon arrival.
  
  
• All Rib and Shoulder orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.
  
  
• All Sauce and Seasoning orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, guaranteed within 3 – 5 business days.
  
  
• FedEx will leave all packages on the recipient’s doorstep. No one has to be home to receive the package. If you are sending this package as a gift, please confirm the recipient will be in town and alert the recipient to expect a perishable package. The Rendezvous is not responsible for packages spoiling due to recipient not taking off doorstep in a timely manner.
  
  
• Next day delivery for Ribs and Shoulder is available until 3 P.M. Central time.
  
  
• To guarantee timely delivery, we must have a proper and complete address. If needed, make sure to include any apartment number, suite number, floor number, company name, etc. Also, please provide a working phone number for the recipient.
  
  
• Again, please provide the correct shipping address. In the event we are timely notified of an incorrect address, Rendezvous staff and/or FedEx will attempt to re-route the package. If the customer is responsible for providing an incorrect address and the package is unable to be delivered in a timely manner, the customer will be charged if a new box is to be re-shipped.
  
  
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O, F.P.O., or outside of the United States.
  
  
• Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to a $25.00 surcharge.
